Pricing and Availability
Parts in Stock
We do not indicate parts inventory or in stock numbers on our website. Being able to add parts to your shopping cart is not an indication of parts being in stock. We sell millions of parts at wholesale prices and can't possibly keep them all in stock. What we don't stock is ordered direct from the manufacturer and shipped to you.
Availability and Backorders
Although we regularly receive updates about unavailable parts with older vehicles, occasionally, parts may be able to be added to your shopping cart that are discontinued and no longer in production. We will notify you if this is the case or you can email or call us to be sure before you make your purchase. Learn more about back orders here
Shipping & Delivery
Stated shipping charges do not apply to orders over 20lbs, oversized packages, hazardous material, international shipments, or shipments to Alaska & Hawaii. Such orders will be informed of any additional charges before the order is shipped.
Average delivery time is 7-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental United States.
Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and all international orders. If your order requires shipping to an address other than the billing address, it will require additional verification which may cause a delay in processing. In any case, we can only ship to a VERIFIED address.
Canceling an Order
Restocking fees: Canceled orders may be charged a restocking fee based on the particular parts ordered. If the order has already entered the shipping process then it will be subject to these fees.Once the order enters the shipping process the order is subject to restocking fees.
Returns Policy
Damaged or Missing Shipping Shipments Missing or damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. If you receive a damaged package, save the box and all packaging material, and then contact us. Damage to orders and defective merchandise and packing errors must be reported to us. Contact customer service by phone or email.
Time Frame
OEM and aftermarket parts may be returned up to 30 days after receipt.
Shipping
MRCycles will cover the costs of shipping if the return is a result of an error we made with your order, otherwise it is covered by the customer. Be sure to use a reputable carrier with insurance on the package for its full value. All merchandise returned must have a Return Authorization. You must call to request an RA Number within seven days after receiving your order. Call us Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST at 800.359.0567.
Products
Any merchandise returned must be unopened, never installed and in it's original packaging with all instructions, tags and labels.
*Strict Policies concerning products such as wire harnesses or electrical components will have no return authorization, internal credit or any amount refunded. No exceptions. Returns that are authorized may be subject to a restock processing and handling fee.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method as it was received. Please allow 3 business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.
International Orders
Shipping Estimates
Most international orders, including those to Canada, require a custom shipping quote. We will contact you with an accurate shipping estimate within 2 business days after you submit your order if the shipping charge on your order requires adjustment.
Backordered Parts
If you receive any notification that a part you ordered is on back order, please be advised that we will ship your order only when all parts have been received. This allows us to ship your order as a single package to avoid multiple and costly international shipping charges to you. If you would like your back order item(s) removed from the order and shipped separately or other alternate shipping arrangements please contact us here.
Payments
The only forms of payment we accept for international orders are Western Union Wire Transfers and Paypal.
International customers are responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You will need to contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added.
