Merchandise and Returns
Some products including chemicals and batteries can not be shipped due to hazardous material restrictions. You may order a batteries without acid, then take it to a local automotive shop and get it filled with the appropriate type acid.
All merchandise returned must have a Return Authorization. Any package sent to
MRcycles.com without a return number on the outside of the package will be refused and
returned freight collect.
You must call and request a Return Authorization number within seven (7) days of
receiving your order. Please have your invoice in-hand when calling.
Any part or merchandise that is deemed incorrect by MRcycles.com, will be exchanged for
the correct part or merchandise. Any part or merchandise that is not needed will not be
accepted as a return.
Returnable merchandise is any merchandise that is incorrect, ie, the wrong size, the
wrong color, or the part number on the merchandise does not correspond to that listed on
the invoice.
The ordering of correct part or parts is the responsibility of the individual or shop.
No returns will be accepted for parts that MRcycles.com was given the part number, and any
such case will be noted on the invoice when ordering.
Any damaged packages are to be reported to the freight carrier, not MRcycles.com. Have
the driver make a note of any outside damage to any package delivered, this will aid in
any claims for replacement if merchandise inside the package is damaged. If you receive
damaged merchandise, then you have the option of purchasing a replacement until you
receive credit from the freight carrier or wait until the freight carrier returns the
merchandise to us for replacement.
Any merchandise returned must be in new condition, in its original package, including
all instructions, tags and labels.
All merchandise returned will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee by the factory.
Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return
shipping.
Enclose a copy of your packing list, or E-mail invoice, along with detailed exchange
instructions.
